The Role


We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our team and play a critical role in building our sales process and the tools. The Ideal candidate will be a self starter, find gaps in the sales process, implement new processes in the CRM and related tools, and effectively communicate to the team. 


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end sales process in our CRM
  • Be the admin of the CRM (we currently use Hubspot)
  • Build workflows to automate part of the sales process
  • Build dashboards to report key metrics and derive insights for the sales team
  • Play a key role in onboarding new AEs and enable them with the right tools
  • Partner with the sales team and ensure they have all the required tools and views into the CRM to close more business
  • You will occasionally be helping with marketing ops as well, as we use Hubspot both for sales and marketing. 

Skills and Qualifications


  • 4+  years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
  • High intrinsic motivation and desire to work hard
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot,  Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics.
  • Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
