We are seeking a Junior Sales Operations Analyst to support the renewals and advisory teams within our Banking Division. Our Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for reviewing closed won opportunities for accuracy, leveraging data & analytics to ensure our CRM stays up-to-date, and delivering a wide range of support requests from the sales team. Our Analyst will work in Salesforce.com as well as other technology platforms to deliver results. This role will report to the Director, Sales Operations.
Applicants may choose to work remotely or be hybrid-based at our office in Raleigh (NC), or Austin (TX).
What You’ll Do:
• Assist the sales team in preparing and editing quotes, contracts, and other documents in the sales process
• Audit and maintain a governance strategy that ensures the accuracy and relevance of our CRM data
• Design relevant Dashboards and Reporting deliverables for all users (field, leaders, executives)
• Complete ad-hoc projects independently while prioritizing urgent and critical deliverables

• Ability to use a logical, systematic approach to problem solving
• Excellent communication both written and verbal
• A team player attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently but also can be a team player and have pro-active work style while adapting to changing and fast paced work environment
• Recent experience with MS Office 365, Teams & Excel; Salesforce exp a nice to have
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
