Uncapped, a leading global alternative finance provider, is seeking a driven Sales Operations Executive to join our growing team in Atlanta. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, managing our sales tech stack, and supporting our sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Uncapped provides working capital loans to brands and retailers around the world, doing between $10m and $100m in turnover.

What you will do βοΈ
- Manage and optimize Uncapped's sales CRM system (Hubspot) to ensure data accuracy and streamline sales processes
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to support accurate revenue projections
- Collaborate with sales leadership to implement strategies that improve sales performance and productivity
- Manage sales enablement content and tools to support the sales team's effectiveness
- Troubleshoot and refine sales flows, rules, and processes to maximize efficiency
- Provide regular reports and insights to sales management and other departments
- Support the onboarding process for new sales team members
Who you are π
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Experience with alternative lending models or e-commerce businesses is a plus
