Your Mission

As an SDR at Steer Health, you will:

Prospect Identification: Research and identify potential healthcare clients in orthopaedics, dermatology, and surgical specialties.

Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute outbound strategies using cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn messaging, and social media to engage senior decision-makers.

Demo Booking: Schedule qualified demos for the sales team, ensuring a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.

Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and share market insights.

Product Mastery: Develop in-depth knowledge of Steer Health’s SaaS and AI solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.

Event Participation: Represent Steer Health at industry conferences and events, fostering relationships and generating leads.

What You Bring

Experience:

1-2 years in sales, preferably within SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.

Technical Aptitude:

Ability to quickly understand and articulate complex AI-driven healthcare solutions.

Organizational Skills:

Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple outreach channels effectively.

Persistent Attitude:

Tenacity to follow up on leads and overcome objections with resilience.

 

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms. Experience with sales methodologies like SPIN Selling or MEDDIC is a plus.
