Market leading, family-owned business, is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager responsible for leading new business initiatives, developing relationships with potential B2B customers, and managing sales growth.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be accountable for executing the business plan to reach sales and growth objectives, as well as establishing key customer and supplier relationships. This role is highly autonomous and requires self-initiative and dedication to the success of the organisation.

Duties:
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and market share growth
- Identify, analyse, and evaluate potential new business opportunities
- Enhance brand awareness and recognition
- Establish relationships with key customers and suppliers
- Analyse the competitiveness of products, pricing, and overall market trends
- Travel to meet and develop relationships with new customers as required
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to grow sales through new business
- Proven history of achieving sales growth through supporting & maintaining relationships with existing clientele
- Highly effective communication and time management skills
- Experience in the Pool Heater industry or related pool products will be highly regarded
- Technical background will also be looked upon favourable
