Warakirri Asset Management Ltd (Warakirri) is a leading Australian funds manager and offers specialist investment vehicles and services to retail and wholesale investors with a focus on ethical investment, actively managed equities and agriculture. Warakirri also acts as investment manager for a number of agricultural entities that have operations across row-crop, dairies and cotton operations. We are a private company, 100% owned by our directors and employees, and we have a Board of Directors with majority independent director representation.
You will report to the Head of Compliance and Risk, a valued Manager of Warakirri for the past 10 years. You will work in a collaborative team of 3. Together, you will elevate all Risk Management and Reporting processes and bring the function to the next level.

About your new job
In your new position, you will be entrusted with overseeing and managing our organisation's risk landscape, with a strong emphasis on the implementation and enhancement of our risk management framework. You are key in refining, further developing, and executing the overall Risk Management Strategic plan for the next 3 – 5 years.
