The Business Development Manager is responsible for the grassroots community and business to business (B2B) marketing, sales and outreach efforts for the Utah Restore studios. The Role’s primary purpose and success criteria is to consistently drive new leads and revenue into the studios.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities
  • Own the grassroots community and business to business marketing strategy and plan for Restore Utah. This is a documented playbook guiding a successful grassroots and business outreach program.
  • Develop supporting collateral and event infrastructure (table/booth, signage, hand-outs, postcards, etc.) for successful execution of the marketing strategy.
  • Create and document a standard set of compelling promotional offers and packages that can be reused and utilized at each Restore Utah studio. Create and implement a clear process for all studios to engage with these promotions.
  • Create long-lasting high-value and unique partnerships with businesses in the community.
  • Drive high quality leads into the studios through grassroots, community and business to business outreach. Track these leads so impact and success can be understood and improved.
  • Support the studios in closing a high percentage of leads generated by this outreach.
  • Drive brand awareness and positive association with the Restore brand in Utah.
  • Strive to represent equally, and drive leads, to all three studios in Utah. Work closely with each studio GM to customize and maximize efforts in their studio geography.
  • Manage and maximize a reasonable budget for grassroots and corporate marketing.
