The Regional Sales Specialist, Offshore will support the SVP Senior Regional Wholesaler Offshore, whose territory includes the entire USA minus Florida. This individual will play a key role in driving the sales and distribution strategy across the US Offshore market. This role will work closely with the SVP to support sales growth, client retention, and the development of relationships with financial intermediaries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Promote the sale of Amundi’s offshore mutual funds and investment vehicles through established relationships with local office managers, financial advisors, and investment decision-makers.
  • Territory Planning: Assist in preparing and delivering monthly and annual territory sales plans, working closely with the external sales team to executive strategies.
  • Meeting Targets: Meet regular call and meeting frequency requirements to maintain relationships and promote product offerings.
  • CRM Management: Log meeting notes, update client contact details, and track interactions in the contact management system.
  • Professional Representation: Maintain a high standard of professionalism when representing Amundi in meetings and interactions with clients and prospects.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and identifying opportunities for additional business.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the external sales team to execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns aimed at expanding Amundi’s presence in the US Offshore market.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Amundi’s product offerings, including mutual funds, ETFs, and other investment solutions, and communicate this knowledge effectively to clients
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and client engagement, providing regular updates and reports to senior management and the external sales team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and client services, to ensure alignment and the successful execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the mutual fund industry and non-US registered investment products.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales or distribution experience with the financial services industry.
  • Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65) licenses required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems (SalesPage)
