The pay range for this position is $25-$28 per hour and it is an in office position; Monday- Friday.Β

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.Β 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they resonate with candidates who have relevant experience.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, identifying candidates who meet the role's requirements and align with the organization's culture.

  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates' progress and status.

  • Conduct reference checks and extend job offers to selected candidates.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

  • Proactively communicate with candidates and hiring managers, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates with the right experience.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in nonprofit and or healtcare related fields.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP is a plus
