JOB SUMMARY
In partnership with the hiring managers, the Recruiter is responsible for ensuring that every position is promptly filled with the most capable and mission-aligned employee. The Recruiter supports full cycle recruiting (e.g., talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/screening, and interview scheduling process.)

- Work with management on talent planning, partners with hiring managers to post all open positions in the ATS; evaluate and disposition candidates
- Perform screening and interviews of qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring manager
- Partner with HR Leaders on compensation offerings
- Leverage online recruiting resources, tools, and systems to identify and recruit the best candidates
- Source external resume databases for diverse and qualified candidates
- Participate in recruiting events to identify and evaluate applicants that support recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Run reports to showcase recruiting metrics
- Support college recruiting plans, events, and internship programs
- Build relationships with key university personnel and university career centers to maximize outreach efforts and gain access to diverse audiences
- Develop and manage internal employee referral program
- Partner with Marketing to develop and maintain career website
- Support short and long-term recruiting strategies through headcount planning activities
- Conduct research on recruitment standards and monitor new trends and opportunities
- Assist the Human Resources Department with other administrative tasks as needed
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Follow established processes and systems to ensure compliance with policy, procedure, or legal requirements
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics code
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS � Education, Knowledge, and Experience
Education:
- Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School Diploma/GED) or relevant military/work experience
- Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources preferred
Experience:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to scan, identify talent/skills with a large volume of resumes
- Good understanding and experience with HR tools such as the ATS Clear Company and HRIS ADP Workforce Now
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; compelling and authentic
- Dependable, humble, have a sense of humor and a commitment to Adient Aerospace�s mission
- Ability to build strong relationships and enjoy guiding and influencing others to achieve ambitious outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail, as well as strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills with a high sense of urgency, demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple requisitions concurrently
- Ability to be flexible to change and adapt to shifting priorities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient with PC office products

CERTIFICATES AND LICENSE
- PHR/SPHR Certification or SHRM-CP/SHRM SCP Certification (Preferred)

Adient Aerospace offers competitive wages and benefits to recognize employees for their work. The base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
Compensation Transparency: $85,000 - $110,00 annually
