The Position: We are seeking to fill a Property Manager position for SHA's Senior Housing Portfolio. We are looking for someone to perform oversight to a wide variety of supervisory and technical tasks depending on the portfolio composition. The ideal candidate has:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Property Management, Social Services, Human Services, Public Administration, or related fields
- May substitute an additional four years of directly relevant experience
- Five years of experience in residential property management
- Valid Washington state driver’s license with an insurable driving record
What will you do?
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the property, that includes but not limited to; Market Rate, Public Housing, straight tax credit, combo and subsidized rental housing.
- Engage with residents, community, partner with service providers and support community building activities.
- Provide oversight of inspection of community facilities and grounds
- Manage lease enforcement actions
- Assist in procedure development and implementation
