Responsibilities
- Service existing accounts by handling renewals, certifications, and general client servicing needs.
- Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claims processing to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Quote and manage new and renewal business, leveraging market knowledge and client-specific needs to provide competitive solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique insurance requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate terms, coverage enhancements, and pricing for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to advise clients effectively and maintain compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, proactively identifying risk exposures and recommending appropriate coverage enhancements or risk management strategies.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, policy summaries, and coverage comparisons to clients during renewal and new business processes.
- Remarket policies when necessary to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation, maintaining organized client files and records.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance knowledge and contribute to team success in serving client needs effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to prioritize workload effectively based on volume, urgency, and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others in a team environment.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.

- Ability to analyze complex insurance needs and provide solutions.
- Holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
- Required Agency Management System Experience: AMS360
- At least 3 years of Personal Lines Account Management experience is required. 3+ years preferred.
- Experience with both Standard and High Net Worth accounts is required.
- Above average computer skills with the capacity to master essential software programs.
