Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Review and analyze clients' insurance coverage and make appropriate recommendations
• Process policy changes, renewals, and new business submissions
• Assist clients with claims process and follow-up
• Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
• Collaborate with producers and underwriters to ensure clients' needs are met

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of personal insurance products and policies 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in insurance agency management systems
• Valid insurance license required

Day-to-day

• Communicating with clients and carriers
• Handling client inquiries and providing information on insurance products
• Reviewing policies and making necessary adjustments
• Coordinating with underwriters for policy quotes and changes
• Meeting with account executives to discuss client needs and strategies
