Job Summary


We are looking for 2 individuals who are highly organized, driven, collaborative and creative closers who thrive in a deadline-driven environment, to fill our outside sales position. The right candidate has a strong work ethic, an interest in outside sales, and a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.

This position has limitless income potential. Your income, and results are directly based on your efforts (Meritocracy). Top reps making $150k+ per year.


In this position you'll learn how to navigate in home construction sales, closing processes and tactics, property claims from storm damage and general construction standards, methods and codes. One of the greatest aspects of this position is that you'll be able to take a homeowners dreams and turn them into reality! This is an opportunity to help homeowners achieve their goal outcome with any project that they would like to get done, whether its building a deck for their family to enjoy or restoring their home due to storm damage, you will be assisting them throughout the process. This position allows you to be involved with renovating a clients home without swinging a hammer, you will be representing a company that is platinum preferred through Owens Corning, there are only 9 contractors in the triangle area that have that status, with us being one of them this allows you to build value and provide the homeowner with a warranty that very few contractors can offer. In addition, we are certified in other shingle manufacturers and building products like certainteed, james hardie and GAF. Responsibilities



  • Generate leads and close deals

  • Assist the marketing department with local level marketing

  • Generating original content to use in advertising campaigns in your sales region

  • Generate new leads via social, mail, email, and canvassing (door-knocking) 

  • Inspect properties for storm related damages, documenting along the way 

  • While inspecting, to look for other trades or services the customer may need (upselling)

  • Guide the customer through the insurance claims process 

  • Use software systems to manage your jobs and to track your progress 

  • Keep with up with industry trends and materials

  • Maintaining communication with each client from start to finish 

  • Canvass and prospect for new areas and markets to generate business


Requirements



  • Must use your own, dependable, transportation

  • Must not be afraid of heights as you will be conducting inspections on roofs

  • Must be a highly effective communicator

  • Must be organized

  • Must have a smartphone, used to take photos and send emails
