In this role, you’ll leverage a consultative sales approach to identify challenges and present innovative solutions tailored to client needs. You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our business, combining outbound prospecting, referrals, and qualified inbound leads.

About the Role

As a Business Development Account Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, driving revenue growth while helping clients achieve peace of mind through our services. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Exceeding revenue targets by generating new business opportunities.
  • Initiating outbound prospecting efforts and securing high-impact meetings.
  • Conducting compelling product demos and managing sales opportunities.
  • Assisting with pre-sale processes, including legal and security reviews.
  • Building referral networks and nurturing existing relationships to uncover new leads.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts, maintaining pipeline integrity, and submitting weekly progress reports.
  • Sharing client insights with Product and Fulfillment teams to drive innovation and service excellence.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in consultative sales and thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Key qualifications include:

  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS, professional services, or consultative sales experience, with expertise in outbound prospecting, product demos, and closing deals.
  • A demonstrated ability to succeed in short sales cycles and transactional environments.
  • Familiarity with sales technology, including Salesforce and tools like Outreach or ConnectAndSell.
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • Sales training certification (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including empathy, autonomy, and adaptability.

This is a hybrid role based in Tempe, AZ, with a minimum of four days per week in the office.
