About The Role

We're seeking an Operations Manager who shares our passion for both Ops and engineering. In this role, you will spearhead liblab's operations and manage a broad spectrum of functions, including HR, finance, legal, IT and recruitment. You'll report into the CEO, and will be instrumental in setting strategic milestones and driving growth across multiple domains within liblab. To be successful in this role you must have a strong sense of ownership and an unwavering drive to pursue innovative approaches to challenges.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Lead liblab's core operations functions, with a north star of delivering delightful user experiences supported by scalable, repeatable, and cost-efficient operations processes.

    • Oversee financial operations including; budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

    • Oversee HR functions such as ; talent acquisition, employee onboarding/off-boarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

    • Oversee IT infrastructure and systems, including hardware, software, and security measures

  • Optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness by fostering alignment and collaboration among distributed, global teams.

  • Coordinate and oversee bi-annual company off sites and retreats, ensuring successful planning, execution, and follow-up.

  • Work alongside our leadership to define, communicate, and execute the companyโ€™s strategy.

  • Help guide the product development roadmap based on customer feedback, internal team input, and competitive insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and projects aimed at accelerating growth and achieving business objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including contract management, intellectual property, and data protection.

Youโ€™ll Be a Good Fit If you have

  • 5+ years of work experience with operations at least 2 years in SaaS companies.

  • A proven track record of success in a high-growth technology startup environment.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive results.

  • Strong ownership and bias for action.

  • An operationally focused mindset, with an ability to lead teams through complex relationship engagements by setting a clear vision, and running tight processes.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with developer tools and PLG.

  • Scaled a company to 50+ employees.
