Overview Of The Company / Role


My client, one of Australia's largest builders is looking to add a New Home Sales Consultant to their existing team. The role reports into an approachable and hands on Manager who is genuinely invested in her team. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Sales Consultant to elevate their career. The company offer 1:1 ongoing training and development with a dedicated Sales Trainer alongside numerous employee benefits. Each Consultant has a dedicated Sales Associate to assist them 


 


Key Responsibilities


 



  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the display centre

  • Utilise leads from online enquiries, display home visits, and a wide network of professional contacts

  • Build strong relationships with customers, advising on home design selections, upgrades, and customisation options

  • Ensure all sales paperwork is completed accurately and within deadlines

  • Coach and mentor your Sales Associate while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Manage client expectations as a trusted advisor throughout the entire sales process, from initial quote and tender presentation to final variations and close



 


Requirements To Apply


 



  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role

  • Proven sales ability and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • An outgoing personality with exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

  • The ability to collaborate effectively with team members and work toward shared goals

  • A drive for continuous improvement and personal development

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing documentation and stakeholder communication
