Action is seeking a full-time New Business Development Manager to join our team in Irvine. This position supports a balance of in-office and remote work with a requirement of being in the Irvine office 2-3 times per month.

The New Business Development Manager drives new business for Action Property Management, lead generation, proposal and contract negotiations, in-person and Zoom presentations, tradeshows/client events, cultivating client relationships.    

How You'll Make an Impact (Key Responsibilities)

    • Attend client sales presentations as part of the sales team
    • Research new business opportunities and projects
    • Engage with developers and clients to gain insight into new communities
    • Initiate and manage calls with prospective clients, understanding their needs and assessing opportunities
    • Prepare marketing materials and follow-up tours for potential clients
    • Track and develop client leads for existing and new business
    • Collaborate on RFP responses and provide input on sales strategy
    • Create and manage marketing materials using InDesign and Adobe Acrobat
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and community tours to network and promote Action Property Management
    • Manage sales and marketing data using CRM (Salesforce), and analyze data to drive strategy and forecast future sales
    • Assist the Vice President of Sales & Marketing with administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation

Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications)

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in sales.
    • Experience in HOA management/real estate is strongly desired.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
    • Ability to travel to client meetings and industry events
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
