MOKA is hiring an enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our team in Rochester, MN.  As an AGM, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, building relationships with customers, and leading a collaborative, team-focused environment.




Qualified applicants have management/leadership experience in the food and beverage, service, or the coffee industry.   Our AGMs assist the General Manager to ensure the flow of business is supported by leadership throughout the entire day.  Assistant managers work 30 + hrs/ week.  Primary shifts are 3 Closing shifts a week and Most weekends

Responsibilities:



  • Demonstrate and reinforce MOKA’s mission statement, policies and core values.



  • Create genuine experiences and build positive relationships with our customer base.

  • Support and maintain the team, and train great baristas.

  • Manage day-to-day tasks and cleaning procedures at the store.
