Lawrence Group, Integrate Construction, and New + Found, a design, construction, and development consortium, is seeking an experienced marketing professional to provide support to the three-business unit enterprise in our St. Louis office.
The Marketing Specialist is part of a larger Marketing & Communications team and will help strategize and implement marketing efforts for all four organizations: Lawrence Group , New + Found, and Integrate Construction. The main function of this role is to provide marketing support for Integrate Construction Partners (ICP). (It is anticipated that the Marketing Specialist will spend approximately 75% of their time supporting ICP and 25% supporting the other companies.)
The key responsibilities include:
Supports the Proposal Specialist and other team members in preparing responses to RFQs/RFPs for Integrate Construction Partners (ICP).
Works with technical staff to develop copy for proposals and marketing collateral.
Maintains and updates ICP’s library of proposal elements including resumes, project sheets, and narratives.
Supports development and production of marketing collateral, presentations, award submittals, etc.
Assists with preparation for tradeshows and conferences, including speaker proposals.
Assists marketing staff with coordinating project photography for ICP.
Maintains and updates ICP’s website.
Supports ICP’s social media and PR communications efforts.
Assists marketing staff with planning and coordinating special events.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related area, plus 5 years of experience in marketing or communications; and/or equivalent experience/training
Experience in marketing for a construction company is highly desired
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required; experience with WordPress is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills
Detail-oriented with a basic understanding of AEC/construction industry terminology and concepts
Demonstrates superior time management skills and an ability to juggle and prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously
Experience utilizing CRM databases a plus
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands
This position requires no minimum ability to lift, bend or stand.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 hours, with some overtime when necessary.
Travel
Minimum travel is required for this position.
