Position Summary


Provides support and configuration of applications in a healthcare environment with a diverse application portfolio.  Provides support to end users for devices and software. 


Qualifications/Experience


Education: 


Degree in Information Systems related field, Certifications, or equivalent experience


Experience: 


Experience in a health care environment preferred. Knowledge and minimum 2 years of experience in a diverse IT environment.


Other Skills:


Ability to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing and challenging environment.

Essential Job Functions:


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following Essential Duties satisfactorily.  Reasonable Accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the Essential Duties of the position, provided it does not create an undue hardship on SARH.


 Working in Microsoft environment including Azure, 365, Exchange, etc.


Working in VMWare/Citrix to support virtual servers and applications.


Monitoring and remediation of endpoint security.


Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing end-user support.


Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure


Configure and monitor backups and restoration.


Document incidents and change requests in Service Now


Attend conference calls when needed to implement or support applications.


Makes recommendations for hardware and software enhancements, purchases, and upgrades to the Director of IT.


Being on call for 2nd level support every third week of the month.


Other duties as assigned.
