Job Description:
As the IT Manager, you will report directly to the Head of IT and play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s IT strategy. You will take ownership of IT operations, lead critical projects, and contribute to building a cutting-edge IT infrastructure and security framework that supports the company’s rapid growth and operational needs. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to make a tangible impact by driving innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute IT strategies to align with the company’s growth objectives and evolving operational needs.
- Oversee IT operations to ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across all locations, supporting seamless business continuity.
- Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures that drive compliance, operational excellence, and consistency across the organization.
- Collaborate on laying the groundwork for a future IT team, including defining processes, workflows, and identifying hiring priorities.
- Lead the procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT equipment and software, optimizing for quality and cost-efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure high performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of IT services.
- Continuously enhance and manage existing systems, including Google Workspace, JumpCloud, UniFi, Rippling, and others, to maintain security, scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT management, ideally in startup or growth-stage companies.
- Strong hands-on technical skills, with experience managing hybrid environments (macOS, iOS, Windows)
- Proven project management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Full fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, UniFi, Salesforce, Rippling, Zapier, Monday.com, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Familiarity with SaaS automation tools, IoT, and audio/video/photo production tools.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures, including familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, or equivalent
