Who we are looking for:

A motivated business analyst with financial and transformation experience to support GD Simplification initiatives  (projects). The candidate will engage in multiple workstreams of various business functions and full lifecycle of project management, from business requirement collection and documentation to use case design. The candidate also will join operation teams to document procedure/product manual for new deliverables/product and conduct post-release training. Key focused areas including but not limit to: GDS initiatives, GMAS, migration etc. bottom up initiatives and other projects/programs and Deployment for global GDS initiatives, and other projects/programs.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for:

- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.

- Review with business stakeholders to understand data sources, data elements, data dependencies and operational processes for current state assessment.

- Clearly communicate the business and/or system specifications, expectations and obligations to stakeholders and product owners to drive system development and implementation.

- Work closely with GTS agile teams, Global Delivery team and GDS management to manage stakeholder communication and project status.

- Act as a liaison between the business and IT to scope out, assess feasibility and drive the digital transformation and project delivery (Business Requirement).

- Coordinate with the department heads, supervisors, and managers to solicit cooperation and resolve the problems.

- Involved and actively participated into global initiatives /programs for the deployment, such as global GDS, Investment Accounting, PnA, and Fund Accounting strategic development program etc.

- Analysis and readiness steps to support the design of application functionality, BUAT testing execution, application configuration and preparation.

- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality and performance of new changes or enhancements.

- Provide training and support to end users during and after the implementation process

- Maintain project artifacts, document lesson learned, and continuously refine and streamline the framework to implement technology solutions.

- Demonstrated excellence in business case writing, development of business process flow diagrams, making comparisons regarding current and future processes.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

- Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work with various functions teams globally.

- Strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking, problem solving.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.), process mapping tools (Visio, ARIS), and other data analysis, data visualization tools.

- Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management & certifications like LSSBB, PMP will be preferrable.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

- Master or bachelor degree in finance, Statistics, or Economics. CFA / FRM certification is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in working on transformation programs, in the consulting or financial services industry.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, prioritize work, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress of team members.

- Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills. Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the project team.

- Ability to build stakeholder connect, effective collaboration and partnership capabilities and ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Proven experience in working with large cross functional teams is a plus.

Salary Range:

$52,000 - $81,640 Annual
