POSITION OVERVIEW



***$60,000-$90,000 annual OTE. Compensation includes base salary + uncapped commission***



The Inside Sales Representative will represent Evernest and is responsible for prioritizing and taking care of all inbound paid leads via phone and email. The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Evernest Regional Sales Leader, but also work very closely with the Director of Operations (DO), Property Manager (PM), Business Development Manager (BDM) and Owner Onboarding (OOB) in each market.





Evernest is looking for a talented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our team of A-Players. We need your help as we continue our journey to 25,000 units under management. This role is responsible for growing the Evernest footprint in their assigned market, with a focus on closing warm, inbound leads. As an ISR, your primary responsibilities include excellent customer service (speed to lead), understanding client needs, communicating the Evernest Process, negotiating terms, and ultimately closing sales deals. 





RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Actively engage with all inbound leads.

    • Convert/win 30% of valid inbound leads.

    • Call ALL inbound leads within 30 minutes/no later than 60 minutes.

    • Staying on top of daily tasks with no overdue tasks at the end of each day.



  • Pursue and engage dormant leads.

  • Work closely with your Sales Leader to understand and execute on KPI’s.

  • Close 25+ doors per month.

  • Stay up to date on market trends.

  • Send management agreements to owners.

  • Attend weekly company meetings.




REQUIREMENTS


  • 1+ years of prior sales experience (Required).

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred).

  • Real Estate License (Preferred). *Note: If you do not have an active RE license, you will be required to obtain one within 60 days of being hired. Evernest will cover the cost of the licensing requirements.
