ABOUT THE ROLE:

Regal AI is a leading innovator in AI-driven solutions, empowering businesses to transform their contact center operations and customer experiences. Partnering with technology solutions distributors (TSDs) and other strategic players in the channel ecosystem, we bring cutting-edge AI tools to market. Joining Regal AI means working with a passionate, goal-oriented team dedicated to driving success in the dynamic AI and contact center space.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct pre-event and post-event outreach to partners, schedule meetings, and deliver effective introductions on Regal AI and contact center solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, prioritizing engagement based on performance and growth potential
  • Stay current on Regal AI solutions, value propositions, and trends in AI and contact center technologies through regular enablement activities
  • Organize and deliver partner training sessions to drive opportunities with the ideal customer profile (ICP) and achieve deal registration targets
  • Represent Regal AI at regional and national events, using networking and presentations to foster new opportunities and educate partners on market trends
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person partner meetings, ensuring they are strategically planned to deepen relationships and generate measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to align partner activities and meet sales-qualified lead (SQL) and deal registration goals
  • Regularly update Salesforce (SF) with partner interactions, opportunities, and deal progress, ensuring accurate records
  • Prepare monthly regional updates for the Channel Director, highlighting key successes and top-performing partners
  • Work closely with the NYC office team to share insights and best practices, ensuring consistent follow-up and partner success

ABOUT YOU:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with the TSD channel ecosystem
  • Sales experience in contact center or SaaS technology is a plus
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and meet quota-based objectives
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems with a resourceful, proactive approach to achieving success
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate contact center trends, AI opportunities, and Regal AI’s value proposition
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support partner and event activities

POSITION LOCATION & OFFICE DETAILS:

This position is only available in New York City (HQ- NoMad). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F. Covid vaccination policy in place.
