Summary:
The Industrial Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and maintaining strategic relationships with key industrial prospects/contacts across the U.S. The right individual will cultivate existing relationships, while also possessing the ability to develop leads through various avenues such as: video conferences, cold calls, office visits, networking events, and more. Expectations are that the Industrial Business Development Manager may coordinate the involvement of Company personnel, including support, service, and management of resources to meet growth objectives, promote Great Southern Wood Preserving in the industrial market, actively participate in local professional organizations, has experience estimating and proposal writing all while maintaining accurate tracking of leads and opportunities utilizing the approved method whether it be Word or Excel. The Industrial Business Development Manager is a front-line, customer facing employee pivotal to the long-term success of Great Southern Wood Preserving.
