The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate the application process within the applicant tracking system and provide backup support in payroll and human resources, including the preparation of payroll and the maintenance of employment and applicant records. Other responsibilities include assisting in the recordkeeping associated with in-house professional development program, employee recognition (years of service) and other special projects, as well as performing routine office operations. This is a FLSA non-exempt position with employee health and basic life insurance paid by the college.
