The Breakdown
Design, coordinate, and bring to life all internal engagement events that foster connection, collaboration, and creativity among team members.
Navigate the talent acquisition landscape by sourcing and evaluating candidates through our cutting-edge hiring system and engaging hiring events, ensuring we attract top-tier talent.
Transform the onboarding experience into a REMARKABLE journey for new hires, crafting a welcoming environment that inspires enthusiasm and promotes seamless integration into our culture.
Collaborate with the Accounting team to streamline expense management and reimbursement processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Partner with other departments to design engaging and impactful training courses.
Act as the go-to resource for team members seeking guidance or answers, representing the P&E Department with knowledge and enthusiasm.
Build and sustain trust within the team by demonstrating unwavering integrity, following through on commitments, and maintaining open lines of communication.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, accounting or a related field
Bring your proficiency in Microsoft programs to the table—let’s create presentations and spreadsheets that wow!
Shine with your knowledge of personnel recruitment, compensation, and benefits, ensuring our team members have everything they need to thrive.
Experience in event planning is a fantastic bonus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking, will help you connect, inspire, and make you a standout representative of our culture.
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills will empower you to stay focused and excel in a dynamic environment.

$58K per year based on experience and potential
