 Primary Responsibilities



  • Serve as a strategic business partner to assigned clients to align HR strategy with business objectives; provide advice and counsel on strategic solutions for all HR-related issues including discipline, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance (policy, procedure, and regulatory).

  • Work with the Regional HR Manager and Operations Managers to evaluate staffing needs, develop appropriate organizational structure, define roles, and develop/execute effective recruitment and talent development strategies for assigned client group.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for managing the execution of any HR matters for assigned clients; leverage the appropriate WIS Centers of Excellence to complete required tasks while keeping track of details, deliverables, timelines, and due dates.

  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting.

  • Meet regularly with managers within your assigned groups to understand business strategy, proactively identify and manage areas of opportunity, and identify HR priorities and initiatives to support the overall business strategy.

  • Ensure HR Data integrity and quality in-line with the organization's digital initiatives; analyze trends and metrics and use workforce data and insights to influence leaders and partners and support informed decision-making.

  • Partner with clients to analyze needs of business unit, including identifying training needs for the group as well as individual developmental and training needs.

  • Provide guidance and support to management on re-orgs/restructures and acquisitions and for the rollout out annual HR initiatives within assigned client group.

  • Champion the Mission, Vision and Values of Wellbore Integrity Solutions.

  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.


 Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role, or associate’s degree and 8 years’ experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role, or at least 10 years’ experience in an HR generalist or HR Business Partner role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with Workforce Management or HRIS system data management and reporting


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry

  • Experience in manufacturing environment

  • Experience with a global or multi-national organization

  • Experience with UKGPro or Kronos

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. WIS deeply values fair and equitable wages that enable our employees and their families to thrive.  As such, individuals who meet our minimum education and experience requirements will join our team at the midpoint of the range for their position.
