JOB DUTIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain consistent information and oversee the on-going function for HR’s Employee Relations Software.
  • Process routine disciplinary actions including writing formal documents and coordinating with supervisors.
  • Work with supervisors to ensure consistency and compliance with department policies, labor contract, Classified System Rules & Regulations.
  • Assist with investigation interviews and compose post investigation reports.
  • Review documents for appropriate content and consistency.
  • Run and send reports on goals and performance reviews.
  • Create and send communication around annual engagement survey and create survey results power point presentations.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with job postings as needed.
  • Assist Learning and Organizational Development team with tracking and logging employee trainings in HR software.
  • Assist and support HR Leadership team with special projects as needed.
  • Process expense reimbursement and invoices in NDOT software.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Two years of coursework or training in personnel management, business administration, public administration or office/administrative or three years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Other:

  • Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is also required.
