Join our dynamic GP Practice team as an HR Manager, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring HR compliance, supporting recruitment, and fostering a culture of performance and development.

Location: Willesden, London 

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience 

Contract: Full-time (37.5 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Compliance and Policies:

· Ensure adherence to HR-related CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards.

· Regularly review, update, and implement HR policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

2. Recruitment and On-boarding:

· Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles.

· Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.

· Lead on-boarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the team.

3. Performance Monitoring and Development:

· Monitor HR metrics, including staff turnover, absence, and performance data, providing reports and insights to senior leadership.

· Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

· Support staff appraisals and training programs to enhance skills and capabilities.

4. Workforce Leadership and Education:

· Act as the Workforce Director, mentoring and educating managers on monitoring capability and performance within their divisions.

· Provide guidance on team-building, conflict resolution, and leadership best practices.

· Champion initiatives that promote staff well-being and engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven experience in an HR management role, ideally within a healthcare or GP practice setting.

· In-depth knowledge of employment law, CQC HR standards, and best practices.

· Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

· The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· CIPD qualification (Level 6 or above) or equivalent experience.
