HIRING: NEW Home Sales - Experienced Realtor Consultant

Irontown Modular is a leading modular home manufacturer serving western United States. We focus on single and multi-family modular homes, allowing for complete customization of plan, specifications and building materials for each project, with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficient building.

Irontown Modular is looking for an individual with proven Realtor experience in NEW Home sales. With relevant residential architectural/construction experience to turbo-charge our fast growing, modular home manufacturing business. The position is external facing, working with developers, homeowners, and modular home contractors. Strong candidates must have an architecture background needed to master modular home design and configuration. Strong customer success and consultative sales mindset/instincts also are a must. 

The Architectural Sales Consultant is to have architectural/construction background and experience in the below areas:  

Required experience and qualities: 

• Good foundation on residential home architecture; able to leverage on modular design principles and existing factory mod designs to fulfill customer needs. 
• Strong interpersonal and consultative sales (over the phone or Zoom) skills working directly with developers, construction contractors, home owners, and other B2B partners.  

Highly desirable experience and qualities: 

• New Home construction
• Land Development / Entitlement
• Real Estate Sales particularly in selling NEW Homes
• Fast learner to master modular home design knowledge quickly
• Hunger for success with a winning attitude

The duties include developing and closing preconstruction prospect for new custom modular PROJECTS. Most projects are orchestrated over the phone and require excellent phone skills, construction and financing knowledge base, communication skills, and follow up.

Salary:

$60,000 - $75,000 per year negotiable base plus commission
