Responsibilities
- Lead the talent acquisition efforts for specialist roles across DBS Bank including roles in areas such as Credit, Bonds, Treasury, Operations and Technology
- Develop and implement strategies and plans to attract and source top talent from the market through various channels including job portals, referrals, campus hiring etc.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including drafting job descriptions, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, making offers and onboarding new hires
- Build and maintain strong networks with top B-schools, professional associations and industry experts to remain abreast of market trends and talent availability
- Analyze workforce data and provide insights to enable strategic workforce planning across functions
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in specialist talent acquisition roles in banking and financial services domain
- Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent for specialist roles
- Strong networking and relationship building skills to attract and source passive candidates
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Results oriented with ability to manage targets and deadlines
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
