We are actively seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual with a strategic mindset to join our team as a Financial Advisor within our Regina market. In this role, you will focus on cultivating strong and reliable relationships with our members. Through meaningful conversations and continuous support, you will offer  personalized insights and solutions, empowering our members to make well-informed decisions choices about their finances.


How You’ll be Spending Your Time



  • Working closely with our members on a daily basis to help them establish goals and make informed decisions that improve their financial well-being.

  • Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted financial partner, proactively uncovering and addressing member needs through meaningful conversations.

  • Offering solutions and alternatives, such as accounts and advances consumer investments and lending products and services (including consumer loans, mortgages, terms, registered products, mutual funds), to fulfil the evolving needs of our members.

  • Growing and refining your skills and knowledge to consistently perform with confidence.

You’re great with people and a skilled coach, building relationships on understanding and trust. You have deep knowledge in the psychology of money, allowing you to grasp the underlying behaviours influencing member’s financial choices. Proactively engaging in conversations with courage and empathy, you showcase boldness and creative strength, consistently exploring innovative paths to identify opportunities for enhancements and efficiencies. Embracing a team-oriented approach, you value diversity and collaborate effectively with others. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is reinforced by your unwavering dedication to ongoing learning and skill development.


The Experience You Bring 



  • Experience working in a customer care/customer service role

  • Experience in portfolio management

  • Completion of, or working towards the Financial Planner designation would be an asset

  • License and experience in selling Mutual Funds would be an asset

  • Experience in the Application and Underwriting of Loans would be an asset


Salary Range



  • Entry Level Financial Advisor (FA1) – $48,480 - $60,600 with a 7% STI Target

  • Mid Level Financial Advisor (FA2) - $56,560 - $70,700 with a 9% STI Target

  • Senior Financial Advisor (FA3) $65,370 - $81,710 with a 10% STI Target
