Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager at Mosaic Auto Group, you will oversee the sales and operations of our new/used car department. You will work closely with the dealership's executive team to develop and execute strategies that drive sales and profitability, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability of the Variable department
- Manage and monitor the inventory of new/used vehicles, including purchasing, pricing, and merchandising
- Train and mentor sales team to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service
- Analyze market trends and adjust inventory and pricing accordingly
- Maintain and report on key performance indicators related to sales, profit, and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor and track customer satisfaction, and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers and auction houses to obtain quality used vehicles
- Oversee the appraisal process for trade-ins and purchase of used vehicles

Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Sales or Desking Manager or similar role in the auto industry
- Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and sales processes
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to make sound business decisions
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
