As a Executive Sales Manager you will be RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Joining weekly group calls
• Increasing clientele by conducting consistent outreach
• Communicating with prospective Clients inquiring about our services
• Completing timely follow up calls
• Overseeing CRM Software
• Building and maintaining Client relationships
• Meeting and exceeding census goals as assigned 
• Feedback and support as appropriate
• Managing our team of 60+ and growing Clients / Caregivers
• Overseeing Client & Caregiver Satisfaction
• Resolving Client & Caregiver Issues and Concerns

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of direct sales experience
• Experience with customer service
• Experience with managing people / employees
• Experience with a CRM system
• Experience with Google Docs
