Emeco is embarking on a multiyear digital transformation project to consolidate two aging ERPs into Dynamics 365. We’re seeking an experienced ERP Technical Business Analyst (Finance) for a 2-year fixed-term contract at our Osborne Park office.
What you’ll do:
- Model current and future business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with various business units to assess the feasibility of their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Proactively identify issues, risks, and benefits of proposed solutions, outlining their business impacts.
- Be hands-on throughout all testing phases
- Assist in developing and delivering training for stakeholders and end users.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed ERP application system documentation.
- Assist in data migration and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth system integration.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years in a Business Analysis role.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP system implementations (D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Deep knowledge and experience in Finance business domain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident in facilitating testing and training activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
