GP Construction Group is hiring dynamic Entry Level Sales Representatives to assist homeowners with roofing projects covered by insurance. With our comprehensive training, no prior experience is needed!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in door-to-door sales in storm-affected areas
• Conduct thorough roof inspections
• Explain insurance processes and help homeowners navigate claims
• Oversee projects from inspection to completion

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must reside in the DFW area and pass a background check

$40K base + 20% commission – top reps earn $200K+
