In this role, you will be responsible for offering a broad spectrum of employee benefits packages to organizations of all sizes. You will collaborate with HR professionals, benefits managers, and business owners to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with prospective clients through various channels, including online research, professional networking platforms, targeted outreach, and personalized communication.
Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to educate clients about various benefits packages, including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and more.
Collaborate with clients to design customized benefits packages that suit their organizational objectives and employee preferences.
Develop and nurture strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of activities and client communications in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Previous experience in employee benefits, as an insurance agent, or a related role.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.

Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools.
