We are currently seeking a talented and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to play a key role in growing our business through high-performance digital marketing strategies. If you are passionate about paid advertising and website management/conversion, this role is for you!
ROLE OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role of the Digital Marketing Specialist is primarily focused on performance marketing, with a particular emphasis on paid advertising across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimising paid campaigns and website management (currently, WordPress).
This role requires a highly analytical and data-driven approach, ensuring that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Advertising (Meta & Google)
- Develop, implement and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, focusing on audience segmentation, conversion tracking and advanced targeting like custom and lookalike audiences.
- Manage budget allocation, conduct A/B testing of creative assets and copy and continuously monitor key performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions for campaign adjustments and overall performance optimisation.
Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Analyse data across all digital channels to identify trends, performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Marketing Manager and CEO.
- Use customer journey mapping and lead nurturing strategies to enhance conversion rates through the marketing funnel.
Email Marketing
- Support the Communications Specialist in optimising email marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversions.
- Provide performance analysis and continuously improve email campaign strategies.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in B2C digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- Expertise in paid advertising across Meta and Google, with a track record of managing successful PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, customer journey mapping, and nurturing strategies.
- Proficiency in WordPress website management, with the ability to create and maintain landing pages.
- A data-driven mindset, able to analyse digital performance metrics and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with agency and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with Klaviyo and marketing automation, including managing targeted email and SMS campaigns to boost customer engagement and conversions.
- High level of experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ads Manager, and other performance tracking platforms.
- Must have a keen creative eye with the ability to suggest innovative and impactful adjustments to enhance the work of the creative team.
