The Role
As a Customer Success Manager at 11x, you’ll be at the heart of our client relationships, ensuring our customers experience the full value of our AI-powered solutions. You will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing high-touch customer support, managing client projects, and identifying opportunities to expand their use of our technology. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the onboarding process, troubleshooting issues, and helping them maximize the potential of 11x’s solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer support and addressing their needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their goals and challenges.
Drive the successful onboarding and implementation of 11x's AI solutions for new clients.
Proactively manage client accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and engineering) to advocate for clients and ensure the delivery of solutions aligned with their goals.
Analyze client performance data and provide insights to help them optimize their use of 11x’s AI solutions.
Monitor account health and lead initiatives to improve product adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.
Provide training and educational resources to clients, empowering them to utilize our solutions effectively.
Identify, track, and resolve client issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Act as a feedback conduit from clients to product teams to help improve and refine the 11x product offerings.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or relevant client-facing role in the SaaS or AI/tech industry.
A deep understanding of customer success metrics and strategies to drive growth and retention.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping clients succeed.
Familiarity with AI and tech solutions (knowledge of automation technologies is a plus).
Ability to collaborate across different teams and functions in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to innovate and push boundaries.
