Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist with a strong background in the construction or industrial/manufacturing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires an understanding of the industry-specific needs and challenges, along with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

    • Customer Support:
    • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments.
    • Order Management:
    • Process customer orders, ensure accuracy, and monitor the order fulfillment process.
    • Coordinate with production, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Communicate order status updates and any potential delays to customers.
    • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the construction or industrial/manufacturing sectors.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Follow up on customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
    • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
    • Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, including metrics on response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
    • Industry Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in the construction or industrial/manufacturing sectors.
    • Leverage industry insights to provide informed advice and recommendations to customers.
