In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, offering exceptional support and resolving inquiries effectively. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and friendly manner. 
  • Provide accurate details regarding products and the status of orders. 
  • Support customers in making purchases, processing returns, and managing exchanges. 
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to achieve customer satisfaction. 
  • Keep comprehensive records of customer interactions in CRM system. 

Qualifications 

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or similar position. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • A customer-oriented approach to problem resolution. 
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
