Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Representative

Royal Apparel is a family owned manufacturing company located in Hauppauge, NY. We are looking to expand our team. We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative that can assist in growing this department. Royal apparel is an industry leader of Made in USA, Organic & Sustainable apparel. Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative
If you are a Customer Service Representative looking for a position in an office environment Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm (no weekends required) where you assist customers over the phone, email and chat this may be the position for you!

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Professionally assist customer requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide product information and pricing to clients.
• Accurately enter orders.
• Provide customers shipping quotes and tracking.
• Continuously learn about products offered to supply information to customers.
• Make outbound calls to customers after their account has been set up or their account isn’t active.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent follow up, organization and prioritization skills.
• Computer savvy - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a MUST
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be organized and have great attention to detail
• Sales Experience is a PLUS
• Work independently as well as within a team
• Ability to research issues independently to problem solve and provide customers with solutions.
