Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a positive experience. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about Halliburton’s products, services, and solutions.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Process orders, provide updates on order status, and assist with billing or account-related queries.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Continuously update knowledge of Halliburton’s offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
