isure is in search of an energetic, customer driven team player who is looking for a career and not a job. As an isure Personal Lines Customer Service Broker you will be responsible for the customer satisfaction, retention and growth of an existing book of business.
Succeeding as a Personal Lines Customer Service Broker will require the following core qualifications and skills:
- Post-secondary education; a suitable combination of education and experience may also be considered.
- RIBO level 1 license
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed customer service broker, required
- Exceptional customer service focus and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to relay information (verbal and written) between several parties with accuracy and an attention to detail
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills, the ability to evaluate current situation, respond quickly to changing requirements, execute and escalate accordingly
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment; appropriate sense of urgency
To be successful in this role, you will exceptionally complete the following (not an exhaustive list of responsibilities):
- Create and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Discuss and assess customers current and future insurance needs
- Provide advice and answer customer questions about their policies
- Prepare renewals, remarkets and endorsements
- Cross-sell and upsell to our existing book of business
- Assist and advise customers on making claims on their policies
