Customer Service Associate / Call Center Agent

What You’ll Do:
As part of our customer service team, you will be key in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll manage inbound calls, help resolve pest-related concerns, and provide expert guidance on our services. This role allows you to make a genuine impact, assisting families to feel safe and comfortable in their homes. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, addressing pest control needs with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule service appointments and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing training to sharpen your customer service and sales skills.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.

What You’ll Need:
- Ability to thrive in an open office environment.
- Comfortable using a headset and working at a desk.
- Availability for full-time shifts within office hours: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Mon-Fri) and possible rotating Saturdays.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (marijuana not screened).

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
