About the role:

• Working closely with leading Partners.
• Drive deals such as private equity & venture capital, high-stakes public & private M&A transactions, funding through debt and equity, and corporate governance & commercial negotiations.

The ideal candidate:

• Mid-senior Lawyer with at least 3-4 years’ PQE, with experience working in a leading corporate law firm.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.  
• Strong client service and relationship skills.
• Excellent time management skills & ability to manage and effectively prioritise matters.
