  • Responsible for fostering a fun environment
  • Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
  • Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
  • Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties of the Compliance Department.
  • Audit MTL, MiL, CTR’s and SAR’s.
  • Document and send Audit violations for Compliance. - investigate submitted SAR’s and back of house suspicious activities.
  • File CTR’s and SAR’s through BSA E-filing process. 
  • Audit VEP entries in our player tracking systems. 
  • Train team members on Responsible Gaming. 
  • Review and edit SAR narratives. 
  • Submit notifications to the state regulatory body.
  • Obtain information for subpoenas. 
  • Maintain compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company’s System of internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
  • All other duties assigned.

  • Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude 
  • Must enjoy hosting others 
  • Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university preferred
  • Previous Audit experience preferred
  • Casino Operations or income Control experience preferred
  • Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Broad knowledge of casino operations and casino cashiering transactions
  • Organizational skills 
  • Ability to interact with other departments
  • Ability to perform detail work
  • Employee relations
  • Compliance exceptions experienced 
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
