Commercial Marketing Assistant
-Maintain and improve Waller Group Commercial Marketing Plan (marketing plan for each listing)
-Prepare offering memorandum and marketing packages for prospective WG listings (20% time allocation)
-Prepare weekly property activity and marketing reports for WG sellers (10% time allocation)
Commercial Transaction Assistant
-Maintain and follow buyer due diligence checklist for buyer represented sales
-Complete seller information coordination for seller represented sales
Apx 75% of time allocation will be made to assisting Hanson and proactive marketing efforts to the team, furthering the Waller Group value proposition and mission statement while streamlining systems and processes to improve overall marketing efficiency.
Compensation: $10 per hour paid semi-weekly for completion of the above within the office hours worked 10-5 Monday -Friday. $25 paid per closing of property managed full marketing plan and $25 for sales managed full escrow coordination and $85 per property when both sides (buyer and seller) are managed. Initial 30 days contractor will be on probationary period, after 90 days on the job contractor will be reviewed and may qualify for increased compensation based on performance and value generated to team.
Candidate may qualify after 180 days of contract work for Quarterly Profit Sharing bonuses paid on team profitability coupled with individual performance.
